Current user. Can be access with $_currentUser

Take no arguments.

# getId(): ?int; Return the id of the identified user
# getGlobalId(): ?int; Return the global user id of the identified user
# getPersonId(): ?int; Return the person id of the identified user
# isLoggedIn(): bool; Check whether a user is logged in
# isAdmin(): bool; Check whether the current user is an admin for the site
# isSuperAdmin(): bool; Check whether the current user is a super admin
# isDeveloper(): bool; Check whether the current user is a developer / core dna employee
# isFrontendUser(): bool; Check whether the current user is a frontend user
# isBackendUser(): bool; Check whether the current user is a backend user
# getType(): string; Get the type of the current user. Always returns frontend if the user is not logged in.
# getFullName(): string; Get the full name of the current user. Returns an empty string of the user is not logged in.
