Forms templates

Default templates the Forms module renders, the controller that renders each one and what it receives. A file at the same path in your site repository replaces the platform's.

forms/form-submissions/index.html Copy FormSubmissions\Index

Retrieve a list of records and assign them to the template.

The template receives

Variable	Type	Description
$formSubmissions	Collection<FormSubmission>	Collection of FormSubmissions

Common variables such as $_url, $_request and $_menu are available too. Global template variables

Override it: create templates/forms/form-submissions/index.html in your site repository.

Show a single record
