Admin view

GET /cdna-admin/mailer/batches manageBatches

Retrieve available records and assign them to the template for editing.

The admin template receives

GET /cdna-admin/mailer/emails/{batch.id} manageEmails

Retrieve available records and assign them to the template for editing.

Path parameters batch.id matches \d+
