What’s new in Core dna Platform 2026.1

Jobs Import/Export

Jobs can be exported and imported. Routes can be set per site or for the whole account, and XML files can be served as static files.

Key highlights

  • Export and import jobs between sites, such as from staging to production, with the admin's Export and Import tools.

Export and import jobs

Jobs can now be moved between sites, for example from staging to production, with the admin's Export and Import tools, instead of being rebuilt by hand.

  1. On the source site, open System › Utilities › Export. Jobs are the Orchestration entry of the Structural data group, beside layouts, input types, custom fields and settings: switch it on, keep all jobs or pick some, and select Start export.
  2. On the target site, upload the file under System › Utilities › Import.

A job travels with its actions and its entity and web event triggers, and the links between its actions are restored on import. Its schedule, its site and its published state do not travel: an imported job does nothing until it is published.

On the Export screen, switching on Orchestration in the Structural data group lists the site's jobs to export
System › Utilities › Export

Other improvements and bug fixes

  • Routes Flexibility: Routes can now be "flex sited", allowing them to be defined at either the site or client level. A bug preventing route changes has also been resolved.
  • Registration Redirection: Redirection upon registration in non-production environments has been fixed, and the registration redirect configuration now supports a direct URL. Previously this was just a path.
  • Job Triggers: Fulfillments are now available for Job entity triggers.
  • Rewrite Fix: An issue where rewrites targeting a static asset would incorrectly return a 404 error has been fixed.
  • Checkout Cleanup: The issue preventing stale checkouts from being cleaned up has been resolved.
  • Layout Area Restriction: Select-based layout areas linked to a record type input restricted to a parent now correctly respect that parent restriction.
  • XML File Serving: XML files can now be served as static files.
  • Multiple Discount Rule Deletion: The issue encountered when attempting to delete multiple discount rules has been resolved.
  • Permissions Checker Dropdown: Fixed an issue with the entity dropdown in the permissions checker.
