Bug Fixes

The checkout warns when a fulfilment has no valid shipping rate, with fixes for scheduled publishing and for invoices from payment forms.

Improvements and bug fixes

The checkout now warns when a fulfillment has no shipping rate selected or the selected shipping rate has expired.
Fixed an issue where the schedule publish date picker did not appear when toggling publish in the quick action menu.
Fixed an issue where invoice line items created through a payment form showed the page URL as the description instead of the form name.
