AI Agents

AI agents arrive in the admin. Ready-made agents proofread posts, improve product descriptions, audit content and review sales, and every change they propose waits in a recommendations inbox to be accepted, rejected or undone.

Key highlights

  • AI agents in the admin: install ready-made agents for content, SEO and commerce from the Agent library.
  • A recommendations inbox: review every proposed change before and after, then accept, reject or undo it.
  • Your own provider keys: OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, with spend caps and alerts.

AI agents in the admin

A new Agents section adds AI agents to the admin. The Library holds ready-made agents that proofread blog posts, improve product descriptions, suggest FAQs, audit content freshness, page meta, heading structure and image alt text, find internal link opportunities, and review sales, abandoned carts, order anomalies and refunds.

The Agent library: content agents such as Blog Post Proofreader, Content Freshness Audit and FAQ Suggester, each with its cost per run and an Install button

Install an agent

Installing an agent walks you through its options: use it as it is or fork it, choose how its changes are applied, preview it against your own records before committing, and attach it to a job so it runs on a schedule or when a record changes. A preview never changes your records and does not count towards your spend.

Review what it proposes

Agent findings arrive under Agents › Recommendations. Each shows the record before and after the proposed change, and can be accepted, rejected or undone, one at a time or in bulk. Low-risk changes can be applied automatically with a window in which they can still be vetoed, and an agent that needs a decision pauses and asks, optionally in a connected Slack channel.

Keys, budgets and runs

Provider keys for OpenAI, Anthropic and Google are entered under Agents › Providers & budgets, with a monthly cap and an alert threshold per provider. Every run is recorded under Agents › Invocations with its outcome, cost, token use and full transcript, and can be run again from there.

Other improvements and bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue where opening or saving a group with a very large membership could fail with an out-of-memory error. People can now also be assigned to a group in bulk from the people listing.
  • Improved admin and queue performance by no longer queueing cache-clearing work when nothing in the response cache depends on the record being saved.
  • Fixed several issues in the form builder: saving a form no longer duplicates its fields or reports a value as already used, blocked saves now show a clear validation message, and the editor stays on the tab you were working in after saving.
  • The file manager now remembers the folder and view mode you were last using, and menu tooltips no longer misbehave when opening and closing submenus.
  • Resolved a bug that triggered spurious record-updated automations on related records created or deleted in the same action, causing duplicate or misattributed automation runs.
